Vinification and Aging
Hand-harvested, with careful sorting of the grapes upon arrival.
Fermentation maceration in temperature-controlled wooden vats for approximately 18 to 21 days.
Aged in French oak barrels, including 25 to 35% new oak, for 14 to 16 months
