Taittinger Comte De Champagne Blanc De Blanc 75cl

Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs is produced only during exceptional vintages, from 100% Chardonnay grands crus from the Côte des Blancs. Only the first press wine is used, with 5% aged in oak barrels. It rests for several years in the chalk cellars of the former Saint-Nicaise Abbey in Reims.

Tasting: Golden color with green highlights, fine and regular bubbles. Nose blending toasted notes, candied citrus fruits, roasted almond and dried flowers. Expressive, lively palate, dominated by ripe lemon and caramelized grapefruit, with a long and harmonious finish with notes of licorice.

Serving suggestions: Perfect for grand celebrations or in refined pairings with seafood or tuna carpaccio with truffles.
