Nose: Notes of red and black fruits (blackberry, black cherry, plum), strawberry jam, baking spices, and a subtle touch of cedar or vanilla brought by oak aging.
Palate: Rich and complex, with fine and structured tannins, flavors of ripe fruit, aromas of chocolate, licorice, spices (garrigue), and a lingering finish reminiscent of tobacco and cocoa.
Balanced acidity, which guarantees freshness and aging potential.

Aging and Storage
Enjoyable now, but its aging potential is estimated at 5 years or more, thanks to its tannins and balanced structure.
