Puech Haut Argali Pink 3L

Le Puech Haut Argali Rosé 3L is a fresh and refreshing rosé wine from Languedoc, made from Grenache and Cinsault, presented in a Magnum or Jeroboam format, ideal for aperitifs, grilled dishes and summer salads.

Grape varieties: 60% Grenache, 40% Cinsault 
Alcohol: 12.5 to 14.1% depending on the vintage 
Residual sugar: 1 to 2.6 g/L, dry 
Color: Pale pink with bright flesh tones

Terroir and vineyard
The vineyard extends 20 km northeast of Montpellier, covering 250 ha (altitude 50–150 m), with clay-limestone terroir and gravel soils over 4 meters of limestone. The Mediterranean climate promotes optimal grape ripening 

Vinification and aging
Harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness.
Gentle pressing with Bucher presses.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, on the lees, with nitrogen inerting to limit sulfites 
No oak aging, only in tanks to preserve aromatic purity.

Tasting
Nose: Aromatic and fresh, notes of lychee, white peach, exotic fruits, sometimes rose and mint 
Palate: Crisp, fresh and refreshing, with tart nuances and a beautiful length 
Body and balance: Light, lively, harmonious, with a pleasant and refreshing finish 

Food and wine pairings
Aperitif: Ideal for starting a meal 
Dishes: Grilled dishes, fish and white meats, summer salads, barbecue, and even gourmet dishes such as seafood or scallops salads 
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C to fully enjoy the freshness and aromas

Suitable for immediate consumption but can be stored for 1 to 2 years depending on the vintage
