Aging: 3 years in old chestnut casks or 550–600 L barrels 

Filtration: No type of filtration or treatment during aging and before bottling

Palate: Balanced sweetness with a beautiful acidity, very long finish, notes of dried fruits, nuts and vanilla, creamy and harmonious texture
