Gris d’Estandon rosé wine is characterized by an elegant, very pale salmon-pink color, a fresh and fruity bouquet, and environmentally friendly winemaking on the terroir of the Var, producing a wine that is both delicious and refreshing.

Main characteristics
Color: Very pale salmon-pink, with a bright and clear color.
Grape varieties: Mainly Grenache and Cinsault (according to the sheets for Gris des Seigneurs Rosé); in the Sublime Rosé range, Shiraz/Syrah is also included.
Region / Terroir: From the Var Argens IGP in the Var region, grown on limestone, gypsum, and crystalline soils within the Argens River catchment area, near the Mediterranean.
Alcohol content: Approximately 12.5%

Winemaking
Night harvesting to preserve aromatic freshness.
Direct pressing of the grapes, followed by cold stabilization of the must for one week.
Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C for two weeks to preserve finesse and aromas.

Aromatic and tasting profile
Nose: Fresh and fruity notes, evoking peach, apricot, and grapefruit, as well as mineral and saline accents.
Palate: Tangy freshness balanced with a beautiful roundness, aromas of white fruit and grapefruit zest offering a harmonious and delicious balance.
