Black Arbequina olives (Spain) — this flagship ingredient is particularly concentrated in flavor; 7 kg of olives are required for 1 liter of oil, strongly influencing the character of the gin.

Production process
Each ingredient is macerated separately in a grain spirit, according to traditional Mediterranean techniques. Separate distillation allows each plant to reveal its own essence, contributing to a balanced and harmonious blend. The natural variability of the acidity of the Arbequina olives gives each batch a unique and artisanal character.

Nose: Intense aromas of juniper and rosemary mixed with notes of thyme, with a lemony and spicy base reminiscent of coriander and cardamom.
