Made in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Heaven Hill, the largest independent bourbon producer in the United States, Elijah Craig Small Batch is produced using traditional methods more than 200 years after their creation. Corn and other local grains, mixed with pure Kentucky limestone water, are fermented, distilled, and then aged in new American oak barrels. Each batch is a blend of multiple barrels hand-selected to guarantee a unique aromatic signature.
