Le Crozes-Hermitage Rouge Jaboulet is a wine from the northern Rhône Valley, 100% Syrah, that delights with its authentic expression, suppleness, and aromatic depth.

Its intense purple color promises great richness. The nose opens on notes of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant), violet, with peppery and slightly woody touches.

On the palate, it is round, generous, and well-balanced, with supple tannins and an elegant finish on spicy notes. A wine that is both powerful and accessible, to be enjoyed now or aged for a few years.

Serve between 16 and 18°C — Pairings: red meats, grilled dishes, roasted poultry, aged cheeses.
