Tasting
Visually, the color is a pronounced, dark red with brilliant garnet highlights. The nose is marked by aromas of stone fruits (cherries), raspberry and blackberry. Notes of roasted spices complete the bouquet. Beyond these aromas, it is above all the latent complexity that is noticeable when you smell it. On the palate, a direct start with an intense structure; the tannins are young but silky, and will improve year after year. The finish lingers on a complex palate and suggests that this wine has good aging potential... The label was created by the Korean painter Lee Ufan.
