Le Château de Sancerre Blanc "Terre de Silex" is a fine Loire white wine, made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grown on Sancerre’s iconic silex soils. It embodies the purity, tension, and minerality characteristic of these rare soils.

Its pale yellow color with green highlights precedes an elegant nose marked by notes of citrus, white fruit, flint and a subtle floral touch.

On the palate, the wine is precise, tense and crystalline, with a beautiful aromatic intensity, a sharp minerality and a saline, lingering finish. A Sancerre of great elegance.

Serve between 8 and 10°C — Pairings: seafood, oysters, ceviche, grilled fish, goat cheeses.
