Taittinger Nocturne Rosé 75cl

Taittinger Nocturne Rosé is a Dry champagne made from 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay. Made from a blend of around thirty vineyards and aged for more than 3 years in the cellar, its dosage of 17.5g/L gives it roundness and smoothness.

Tasting: Bright and intense pink color with fine bubbles. The full-bodied nose evokes pastry aromas. On the palate, the attack is bold and generous, carried by silky tannins and a beautiful freshness. A structured and voluptuous champagne with a perfect balance of sweetness, acidity, and tannins.
