Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons Jean Bouchard 75cl

The Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons from the Jean Bouchard house is a refined and mineral white wine, produced from one of the most renowned climats of the Chablis appellation. This Chardonnay expresses all the purity and tension typical of the Kimmeridgian terroir.

It presents a bright pale gold color, with green reflections. The nose is delicate and expressive, with notes of lemon, white flowers, flint, and a touch of iodine. On the palate, the attack is lively, the structure taut and elegant, and the finish long and saline.
