Brouilly "Roche Rose" Beaujolais Cru

Le Brouilly “Roche‑Rose” is a generous and elegant red wine, produced in the renowned terroir of Brouilly, one of the ten crus of Beaujolais. It combines aromatic finesse, intense fruitiness, and a typically Beaujolais expression.

Its bright ruby color precedes a charming nose of fresh red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and wildflowers, with a touch of garrigue or violet depending on the aging.

On the palate, it is supple, fresh, and harmonious, with light and smooth tannins and a lingering fruity finish. A light wine but with a nice volume, balanced and pleasant.

Serve between 13 and 15°C — Pairings: white meats, light grilled dishes, mild cheeses, gourmet salads, fine charcuterie.

A convivial and accessible Cru du Beaujolais, perfect for everyday meals as well as relaxed fine dining.
