Burgundy Chardonnay A. Bichot 75cl

Burgundy is historically one of the oldest benchmark terroirs for Chardonnay wines.
Our ‘Origines’ cuvée comes from a mosaic of plots planted on clay-limestone soils, with varying exposures and altitudes. This diversity of terroirs, combined with careful winemaking and aging, allows the Chardonnay to produce an aromatic, fresh, and rounded wine.

Tasting

Fresh bouquet with notes of citrus and white flowers, evolving towards notes of honey and dried fruit. Fresh and balanced palate skillfully combining liveliness and roundness.

Food and wine pairings

Enjoy this wine with simply prepared fish and seafood, or grilled white meats and poultry, or served in a light sauce.

Service & storage

Serve between 10 and 12°C.
